asset is 360 million． Now its legal representative is yuan erzhuo．The
cooperation follow the rule of market economy，it is independently managed
to after the reasonable economic profits and add and maintain the value
of state owned asset .The cooperation follow the strategy of guiding the
construction of regional electricity , participate in investing the project
of advantage，doing best to vitalize the nation owned asset，managing the
asset actively and safely． It is the representative of Investors who Invest
In Ningxia electricity construction and it is the main operator of the
nation owned asset Investment and managing．As an independent company who
has a legal position, it carry out the operating mechanism of independent
managing and taking the responsibility of profit－and－loss and self-discipline
and self-development. After founding of the cooperation ,it make a complete
and careful clearence of electricity construction fund accumulated in

OF YINCHUAN GREATWALLTIRE CO.LTD and SHAPOTOU KEY WATER CONTROL PROJECT.

superintendence to enhance the investment benefit. At the same time ,
